Enrollment and Degree Verification
The National Student Clearinghouse is now our authorizing agent for all enrollment and degree verifications. Students with ID and PIN may request a free enrollment certificate by clicking on the NSC link behind their student log-in. If you are a lender, a potential employer, or a background screening firm, you may obtain this informtion by contacting the NSC.

online if that option is available. Instructions are
provided with each form. Many of the
forms are
in Adobe fillable format if you should
choose to use it. You may fill in the forms by typing
and print it completed. Be SURE to sign the form
if a signature blank is provided unless submitting
