BPC Reaches into the Past at Historic Village Fall Festival

BPC Historic Village
On Saturday, Oct. 26, locals had a chance to view a little bit of the 19th century at Brewton-Parker College’s Historic Village Fall Festival. Volunteers worked together to portray life in the mid-1800s, while visitors had a chance to learn how to milk goats, churn butter, bake biscuits, and wash clothes the old-fashioned way. More photos can be found at www.facebook.com/brewtonparker. To learn more about the village and its history, visit the BPC website at www.bpc.edu/socscience/historic_village.
