Dr. Ian Crowe, Brewton-Parker College associate professor of history, is the author of a forthcoming book, Patriotism and Public Spirit: Edmund Burke and the Role of the Critic in Mid-Eighteenth-Century Britain, which will be released this July by Stanford University Press.

  Junior mid-fielder Manase Irakoze signed a semi-professional contract with Georgia Revolution National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) on Sunday, March 25 preceding team tryouts held on the Rockdale Youth Soccerplex in Conyers, Ga.
