BPC Lady Barons Basketball team will host Red Cross blood drive Sept. 2

MOUNT VERNON –The Brewton-Parker College Lady Barons Basketball team will sponsor an American Red Cross Blood Drive Thursday, Sept. 9 from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the bloodmobile parked next to the Phillips Student Center on the Mount Vernon campus. The goal is to get 20 units of blood, especially Type O and Type B.

Individuals who are interested can sign up Thursday, Sept. 2 and Friday, Sept. 3 in the Phillips Student Center. To learn more about the drive, contact Jana Reynolds at jreynolds@bpc.edu.

             

Brewton-Parker College is the only accredited four-year Christian college in south Georgia. With its main campus located in Mount Vernon, the college also offers bachelor’s and associate’s degrees at its three external sites in Newnan, Norman Park and Liberty County.
