Favorite restaurant/food:  “Love, love Italian and Mexican restaurants. I spent two weeks working in a small town in Texas assisting another prison that was opening and had a chance to taste real Mexican food.”

Ideal or dream vacation:  “Always wanted to drive up the coast towards Maine and visit all the Civil War historical sites.”
