6/25	Dr. Ostrander plans next BPC study abroad/mission trip to Kazakhstan MOUNT VERNON—The Chair of Brewton-Parker College’s Division of Religion & Philosophy has set his sights on another country in the former Soviet Union as the destination of his combined spring mission and study abroad trip: Kazakhstan.

6/17	Practice makes perfect: BPC welcomes GBC’s All-State Youth Choir and Orchestra, Youth Music Camp to Mount Vernon campus MOUNT VERNON—More than 100 Georgia music students attended two music camps on Brewton-Parker College’s Mount Vernon campus hosted by the Georgia Baptist Convention’s Music and Worship Ministries July 7-13.

6/11	Simmons to lead BPC Athletic Department MOUNT VERNON—Brewton-Parker College’s Athletic Director Sheila Simmons is looking forward to the coming 2008-2009 Athletic Season, as it will be her first as leader of BPC’s Athletics Department.
