Print the student’s
name and social security number on each page of each document
submitted to Brewton-Parker College.
Keep photocopies of each
document sent and originals of each document received
in a file set aside for college paperwork
Check with the Financial
Aid Office before you withdraw from a class.
If you enroll for fewer
hours than you indicate on your Financial Aid applications,
your Financial Aid package may be changed.
All new students must be
admitted before any Financial Aid can be awarded.
Students who are awarded
funds from the State of Georgia such as the Georgia Tuition
Equalization Grant (GTEG) and the HOPE Scholarship must
be enrolled full-time (at least 12 hours per semester)
to receive these funds. Students must show proof of Georgia residency prior to one year of receiving any state funds. Eligible non-citizens must show proof of citizenship status prior to one year of receiving any state funds.
An award of Federal Work-Study
does not guarantee a position to earn the money awarded.
